Atelier New York offers a 14-day return window for all eligible items, ensuring that your luxury purchases meet our exacting standards of quality and fit. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and security seals intact.

Return Process

  Authorize Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or arrange for a premium collection.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
